An Employee Assistance Program assists both Employers and Employees in addressing difficult issues that could affect job performance. These include but are not limited to such matters as substance abuse and dependency, marital difficulties, family problems, financial difficulties, and emotional problems. In addition we can assist employers with their compliance with Department of Transportation regulations and Drug Free Work Place.
